I was very impressed with the quality service and advice I received from the technicians and office personnel. I ended up needing a new cabin air filter; no problem. I think I recall the service technician was Les. I also had a conversation with the office personnel about looking into “mats” for my vehicle.

Friendly efficient and quick

I took my car in for an oil change and I didn't have to sit and wait for a long time. I appreciate for the quick service.

Service was completed in a timely manner and I feel the $$ for an oil change is very reasonable. Service manager did not try to push changing air and cabin filters (I had changed them myself a couple weeks ago).

Jenny was great to work with. She didn’t rush the process for us, which was nice. But she also made sure to follow up and check in when necessary. We also worked with Shawn and he was very helpful with accessory options. John helped with paperwork and made that quick & simple. Overall we had a great experience buying with Eide!

They got me right in for my oil change. The service was quick and correct.
